Accessibility Statement
We pledge to remain a source of healing accessible to anyone who may benefit from our mission.
Survivor of sexual violence or not, we welcome you! If you choose to come to our workshops, please keep in mind the survivor centered space we have created for the community we serve, and respect the healing process we help facilitate for survivors through our programming.
We acknowledge that sexual violence affects people of all gender identities and welcome all who feel may benefit from our programming.
Some of our programming is designed to offer a space to survivors with intersecting marginalized identities and address unique adversities those communities may face. We ask for that to be respected if you choose to participate in our community specific programming.
Our studio features artwork created by survivors of sexual violence, and our workshops engage with how survivors can use art as a way to heal from trauma. At Awakenings we utilize a trauma informed approach to engaging with survivorship.
